General Admission is not included.
Our animal’s welfare is our top priority and will be determined by a Mogo Wildlife Keeper. Participants must be able and willing to follow instructions given by any wildlife park staff and keepers. By entering the encounter, participants agree to act in a safe, appropriate and respectful manner at all times. Encounter participants are to meet a keeper at the meeting point for a safety brief and introduction to the encounter before entering the enclosure.

We require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice prior to your encounter for any changes made to your booking.
Encounter Tickets are non-refundable.
GUESTS MUST BE AT THE MEETING POINT 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ENCOUNTER.
